Monarch

• New Reports have been updated to handle Flex Fields including: Forecast Change Report, Multi-Year Sales History Report, New Business Comparison Report, Revenue Summary Report, Deals Created Report 
• Clarity can now add and remove calendar events based upon the reassignments performed in Monarch so new and old owners have accurate views! 
• Addressed an issue where users not connected Clarity while others in the same site were connected to Clarity could not use the automatic BCC feature. Anytime you are disconnected from Clarity you will have the automatic BCC Matrix Activity Email feature enabled. 
• Clicking into a date field on the Calendar View of the Activity List will default that date on the Activity 
• Corrected an issue where some customers were unable to see Activities on the mobile activity list 
• Addressed an issue where duplicate Activities may result from the Clarity integration 
• Users that are not allowed to create new prospect accounts outside of the Add a Prospect workflow due to the Category being required will no longer be able to circumvent this via the Account/Agency Relationship workflow on the Account and Agency profile pages.  
• The Budget Change Log now records events when prospect accounts or outlets with budgets are deleted. These events are displayed as Decreased Dollar Events in red. 
• Addressed general backend performance that may result in faster page loads for some customers
