This paid-for integration allows users to connect Monarch to Outlook and automatically sync to Monarch the calendar events that you create, update, or receive as well as emails that you send to customers.   • Do you wish you could bring in more information to Monarch for your booked and pending dollars? Flex Fields might be able to help you! Flex Fields in Monarch allow you to take additional information from sources such as traffic and billing systems and import them into Monarch as new fields alongside your existing favorite fields like Outlets, Categories, and Offices!  Imagine bringing in a Daypart field and attaching it to your deals for more detailed pending reporting or a New Business status from traffic so you can apply your own new business definition to billing in Monarch.   • 3 New Notifications exist from the bell in the upper right of each page identifying Accounts, Agencies, and Contacts missing information such as the Address, Title, Phone Number, or Email. These notifications will allow you to make changes within them as opposed to navigating away to profile pages, making this an ideal workflow for going down the list and updating information.
  • The Forecast Report can now show the Forecast and Pipeline at the same time with a new option "Both" in the Forecast or Pipeline option when configuring the report. This will ensure that the Pending, Proposed, Forecast, and Pipeline dollars as well as corresponding calculations for each will display on the report at the same time.
  • Corrected an error preventing some deals from being created in the mobile view.
  • Fixed the Deals Created Report so that it should no longer be showing 0 Days in a Sales Stage when the deal was clearly in the stage for some time.
