The Account Profile tells you a story about the Account that you cannot find anywhere else. This exists for each of your individual Accounts, but the Lead is a bit different from the other types in that you must submit a Lead to a Manager for approval before you can add a Deal for the Account.
Creating a Lead account is simple and can be done from any page via the Actions menu and then choosing "+ Lead".
After the Lead is approved it will display like any other Prospect or Billing account that you own and you will be able to add a Deal to it for forecasting purposes.
