Monarch

• Monarch can now be integrated with AOS to have deals you have been working on sent to AOS where you can add additional details and continue working on them before trafficking. Please let us know if you utilize AOS and feel an integration like this may be beneficial to you, and we can put you in touch with your Success Manager to learn more! 
• Emails captured by the Clarity integration can now be viewed within Monarch on the Recently Saved Clarity Activities and the Potential Contacts alerts. Check out the new View Email option from the Actions menu! You can also mass delete your Activities from the Recently Saved Clarity Activities notification via a checkbox on the left side and Delete option on the bottom. 
• We have adjusted the ability to sync contacts from Monarch to Outlook. Feedback overwhelmingly asked to not sync ALL contacts from Monarch to Outlook and to instead limit based on freshness of the contact. You can now synch your contacts again and decide to only sync them if they’re created today back to 24 months ago (your choice!) Check out the configuration in the Clarity Settings and set yours up! 
• Exporting your Budget for Offline Edit or the regular Export Budget files may perform a background task and send you an email when the file is ready instead of having you wait for the file. When this occurs, you will see a green success message on screen letting you know the request was received and to expect an email with a link to download the file in the near future. This link will be valid for 7 days. 
• You can now attach an Activity to multiple Projects, thus indicating you have spoken about multiple projects in a single call, meeting, or email.
