Monarch

• Twitter has been converted to X. You'll find this when creating or editing Accounts, Agencies, and Contacts. Additionally, the "Get Me Info Stat!" card on the account profile has been updated for X. List Builder also contains X now. Any URLs previously pointing to Twitter now point to X (ex: twitter.com/thunderchrysler is now x.com/thunderchrysler). 
• Clarity users can see their contacts from Monarch while in Outlook. By default, navigate to the “People” menu and view the default “Contacts” list under “My Contacts”. 
• While connected to Clarity you can be notified if you are trying to create an activity during a time that you already have another event booked on your Outlook calendar. 
• All Day Activities (those activities without a start and end time) synced to Outlook via Clarity will now set the Outlook  calendar event status to “FREE” instead of “BUSY”. This removes the block previously put on calendars when times were not set. 
• Managers connected to Clarity and saving emails/calendar events will have their contacts prioritized to be connected to a new Activity ahead of their sales team in the event they own contacts that their sellers also own. 
• The Activity, Market Project, and Deal Status Reports have been updated to include the new Show Group Only functionality on hierarchies. 
• Corrected an issue when some reports were exported to Excel with the Show Group Only functionality not matching the on-screen values.
