- Improved the stability for new budgets utilizing the auto fill functionality.

- The Inactive Report will once again display the correct hierarchy when exported to XLS.
- When you edit the time on an activity and then download the ICS for use in Outlook, the Start time will once again display correctly.
- Addressed an issue with the Plan My Route option in List Builder that prevented routes from displaying.
