Monarch

  • Corrected an issue that caused Accounts to be hidden from the UI on Activities after an Office merge occurred
  • We believe that we have fixed an issue causing documents to not be uploaded to Matrix Locker when an email was saved via the Matrix Unique Email Address. As this has been randomly happening it has been difficult to test and 100% verify, so please let us know if you continue to experience this issue in the future.
  • Some users who may have experienced issues trying to load the Sales Outlook Pod in the past should no longer experience problems.
  • The Deals page has been tuned to return results for users with access to very large amounts of data providing each filter is set to show ALL. If you must filter, the number of selected items (using  Salespeople, Time Frame, Offices and Outlets filters) should be less than 2,100 or the results will not return.
