The following sections detail how an Account Executive submits a Lead for approval, and how the Approving Manager can approve it. Once approved, Matrix will convert it to a Prospect. At this point, a Deal can then be added.
Leads are not enabled by default, and can only be enabled by Matrix Solutions. Lead Approval is a two step process where the Account Executive needs to have a full address, an Activity, and a Contact attached to the Lead. Once this is done, they will then need to select a Manager to submit the Lead to for approval. Once approved, Matrix converts the Lead into a Prospect.
