Why is there no Deal Tab?
It is possible that the Account Profile that is being utilized is a Lead Account. The deals tab does not show for Lead Accounts. For more information on how the Leads Process works in Matrix, click on the following links:

Why is there no Details Tab?
The details tab will only show for Managers. This will not show for Account Executives looking at the account profile for their accounts. This has information that can only be changed by managers.
