Quiet Accounts are classified as accounts that have not been contacted for a period of time e.g. 15 days, 30 days, etc.
Matrix Premium offers the "Quiet Accounts Alert" that can be customized to fit your business needs. If your market is not on Matrix Premium, the only option is to view the "Quiet Accounts Pod", located at the bottom of the "AE Scorecard" page (also called the AE Bird's Eye View page). See the screen shot below for details on this pod.
NOTE: The Account Name will ONLY show in this pod IF the AE created at least one Activity for the Account, otherwise, the Account Name will not show.
