Legacy - Sharing of Budgets

Matrix allows you to share your Budget template with your team members.  The following steps outline how to share your Budgets;

1. Click the List menu, then select Budgets.

2. Hover over the Budget template you wish to share.

3. Click on the gear icon on the far right, select Send.  This will present you with a list of your team members that can be sent the Budget template.

4. Check the box preceding the users that you are sharing your Budget template with.

5. Click the Send button.

Note: Checking the Select All check box will select everyone on the list.  Also, if Salesperson is not in the hierarchy you will not be able to distribute to that user. Account Executives can receive only one Budget template per year. Managers can receive multiple Budget templates per year.
