Managing your Proposal List

The Salesperson Preview Proposals list allows you to create new proposals and work with existing ones. Proposals are used to see what your account list would look like should you reallocate accounts. The Salesperson Preview feature is highly recommended when hiring a new account executive or when restructuring your sales portfolio.  

Display the List

From the Navigation Header, click the Actions button, and then select Salesperson Preview

Display an Existing Proposal

To display an existing proposal, click the name, and the Proposal screen displays.


Delete an Existing Proposal

In the event that you no longer need a proposal you can easily delete it from the list.

  1. Move your mouse over the proposal that you wish to delete, click the gear icon, and then select Delete from the menu.
  2. Click the Delete button on the confirmation dialog.


Add a New Proposal

  1. From the top of the screen, click the Add a Salesperson Preview button.
  2. Complete the Name field, which is required.
  3. Complete the other fields, as necessary.
  4. Click the Save button.

NOTE: By default no salespeople are selected. However, it is required that you select at least 2 salespeople. On the left of New Proposal window, click the Salespeople option. Then, on the right, check the check box preceding each salesperson that you wish to include in the proposal.
