Within the Street Level page you can customize some of the pods, such as the Followed Accounts pod. This will allow a manager to create a listing of Accounts to follow.
To access the Followed Accounts pod, click on the Street Level page link from the Menu Bar.
Initially, the Followed Accounts pod will be empty. You will need to manually add the accounts that you want to observe.
- In the pod, click the Pencil icon to edit the Followed Accounts pod. A pop up window will come up.
- In the blank account field, type at least two characters. If there are not any blank account fields, click on the Add more link to add an additional blank account field. A drop list appears, listing potential matches. If the list is too long, continue to type characters to narrow your search.
- From the list, select an account.
- Click the Save button.
Note: Only accounts that have billed can be added to the list. If a watched account is only a Prospect type, it will not be available to select when searching for/adding an account. Also, when you follow an account, changes will display from that point forward, meaning, that, activities that happened with account in the past will not display.
Remove an Account:
- In the pod, click the Pencil icon to edit the Followed Accounts pod. A pop up window will come up.
- Click the (x) preceding the account that you want to remove.
- Click the Save button.
