Account List - Export Accounts

You can export your accounts from your My List account list, as well as the Master List.  When you export the list, the data will be a .csv file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel, it will include the Account Name, Salesperson, Priority, Type and Last Billed date.

Note:  Any filters that you set prior to exporting, will apply to the exported list.  Meaning that just the filtered Accounts will be included in the export file. Therefore, please ensure that you set desired filters prior to exporting. If no filters are set, then the entire Account List will be included in the export file. Also, be aware that the export file will not include any sub-grid data.

 To view a list of your Accounts, from the Menu Bar, move your cursor over the Lists menu and select Accounts.

To export your Account List:

Within Internet Explorer:

  1. Click the Export Accounts button.
  2. A dialog box appears. Click the appropriate button (Open or Save). 
    - Open will immediately display the list in Microsoft Excel. 
    - Save will display prompts, allowing you to choose a place and name for the file. 
Within Google Chrome:
  1. Click the Export Accounts button.
  2. A button entitled AccountList.csv appears in the lower left corner of the screen. 
  3. Click the button and the list will immediately display in Microsoft Excel.

Within Firefox:

  1. Click the Export Accounts button.
  2. A dialog box appears. Click the appropriate radio button (either Open or Save).
  3. Then click the OK button.
