Modifying a Scheduled Report

You can tell that a report is being emailed to yourself or shared recipients when you see a mail icon next to the report name on the My Favorites tab as shown in the image below.

Any reports that you previously created and are currently being emailed can have their Date/Time adjusted by clicking the yellow favorite star icon after running the report. 

To change your settings and update your timing:

  1. Run your Report
  2. Click on the yellow favorite star icon after running the report
  3. Change your settings and update your timing.


Note: If you change your time zone it may take up to 24 hours before the change will be recognized by the scheduled reporting engine.
