How to Setup Prospect Approval Emails?

If you are an Account Executive and would like to receive an email once your manager approves your Lead Account, or if you are a Manager and would like to receive an email once your Account Executive submit a Lead Account for approval, please follow the below instructions to set up the email notification.

1. Click My Profile.

2. Click Preferences tab.

3. Change the Prospect Approval Emails to YES.
