Matrix Tools - Tags

Whether it’s keeping track of accounts offered a particular promo, remembering which sponsors participated in your last community golf outing, or keeping track of contacts most interested in free tickets, TAGS are your way to easily recall and sort those important contacts and/or accounts you want to remember!

Tagging Accounts and Contacts 

  • Create, or add, a tag from the Profile Page of either an account or contact.

  • Remember: This is as open-ended tool.  Regardless of what you want to keep track of, or who you want to group, tagging will give you that opportunity

    - Each user can create their own tags, but managers will easily be able to pull up a list of any accounts/contacts with a specific tag if they are standardized tags across the company.

Pulling up Tagged Lists

  • The Account List:

    - Enter the Account List

        - Click the Matrix Pencil

                 -Select Tags from the list on the left

                 -Start typing the Tag (or Tags) you wish to view and select them from the drop down

                 -Click SAVE

  • The Contact List:

         - Enter the Contact List

         - Click the Matrix Pencil

                 -Start typing the Tag (or Tags) you wish to view and select them from the drop down

                 -Click SAVE.  Note: Exporting the filtered Contact List to excel will provide you with the available address information.             

  • From a Tag pod:

        - Within a Contact and Account Profile pages

                 -Click the tag you wish to view

                 -This will take you to the Account, or Contact, List pre-filtered to view that tag
