If pending dollars are showing on the wrong AE, this could have been caused by an account reassignment that did not process correctly due to any of the following reasons;
- Internet connectivity was slow.
- The Browser back and/or forward navigation buttons were selected.
- Network traffic was heavy which caused the reassignment to "time out".
When this occurs, please contact the Matrix Support help desk via the SUPPORT menu option located on the Matrix menu bar.
Please have handy the following information;
- Salesperson name showing with the Deal
- The account name
- The deal name
