Submitting a ticket has now become very easy to do within the Matrix application. The team at Matrix has added a feature to the Support menu option to submit a ticket.
To submit a ticket:
1. Hover over the Support menu option and click on Knowledgebase
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Then click Submit A Ticket
3. Please enter your Email Address (utilize your Matrix login email), Subject and your Question or Issue. Files can be attached to the ticket by clicking the Attach a File option
4. Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page, as that will send a ticket to the Matrix team to assist with the issue
