I Do Not See My Pending in Reports or Bird's Eye View?

If you don’t see the pending show up in the reports or Bird’s Eye View, please check deal’s status and make sure you set it to “Open - Pending”. Please follow the steps below to check the deal‘s status and change it to “Open – Pending”

1. Navigate to Deals on the top of your screen

2. On your left, click the account name that has unseen deal associated to it

3. On your right, please select unseen deal’s name in the deal name drop down list

4. Click Pencil icon, in front the Deal Name‘s drop down list

5. Change the deal’s status to “Open – Pending”

6. Click Save
