Within Matrix, if a user has a line through their name that indicates that they are Inactive. This can happen for one of a few reasons:
- That user has been deactivated
This may be a new Traffic or Billing ID that has recently come in and it needs aligned with the correct Active user
If the user is inactive or was deactivated, you will need to reassign their accounts to either a new Account Executive or to a Universal Seller, like Inactive, House or Unassigned to remove their name from lists.
If it is a new user ID from Traffic or Billing for a currently active user, that new User ID will need associated to the current active user. This can be done by contacting Matrix support and asking to have the ID's merged together.
